Overview

This position sits within our Marketing division, which plans, directs, implements, and measures marketing programs for our company, people, and software products.  

The Opportunity 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must be able to identify target audiences, assist in crafting compelling ad copy, monitor and analyze results, and generate high-quality leads while staying within budget. The PPC Manager should also stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in digital marketing to maximize results. The PPC Manager will work closely with our SEO Web Developer to craft an effective, and holistic, paid and organic web strategy. 

Responsibilities

 What You’ll Be Doing  

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Microsoft, Facebook, LinkedIn and paid search and paid social media platforms 
  • Create, develop & implement effective long- and short-term paid search strategies with good ROAS 
  • Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spend and report KPIs to management on a regular basis via various dashboards to both team and executive stakeholders. 
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids and audience and target selected groups through keyword and audience research. 
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned across multiple channels, avoiding wasted spend or crossover. 
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC/SEM trends and techniques, and apply them where relevant. 
  • Manage creation of large and relevant keyword lists and perform keyword research and competitive analysis. 
  • Provide creative copy suggestions for ads and landing pages across the digital ecosystem. 
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structure, and targeting. 
  • Work directly with SEO specialist to develop consistency between SEO and SEM strategy and tactics

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team  

  • Minimum of five-seven (5-7) years of search experience including SEO & paid search 
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns and other PPC platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing etc.)  
  • Prior experience in content marketing, content growth, SEO and website optimization tools 
  • Deep understanding of core drivers of onsite and offsite SEO success 
  • Ability to analyze and present data findings to leadership  
  • Strong grasp of SEM strategy: research, campaign structure, measurement and optimization 
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills. 
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills 
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast paced environment 
  • HubSpot, Salesforce and construction industry knowledge would be an asset  

 Physical Demands and Work Environment  

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.  
  • This position is fully remote with only occasional travel to the office for team meetings and events. Team members are expected to have an established workspace.  
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States or Canada.
