Overview

This position sits within our Sales Enablement division and is responsible for all go to market learning and education in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, IT, and other key areas of the business.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs that enable our GTM teams to effectively bring products and services to market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales, Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing, to align go-to-market strategies, enhance sales enablement, and drive revenue growth.  You will work with our LMS vendor to manage and maintain our GTM Enablement initiatives.  This includes scheduling, inviting, and tracking performance of our LMS.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a revenue enablement strategy that aligns with the company's overall sales objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre Sales, Sales, Marketing, and Product, to identify areas of improvement in the sales process and develop solutions to enhance revenue generation.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip sales representatives with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials, including playbooks, battlecards, and sales collateral, to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure the effective utilization of sales technologies and tools, such as CRM systems, sales automation software, and analytics platforms, to optimize sales performance.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and initiatives through metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify enablement needs, set performance goals, and provide ongoing coaching and support to the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to incorporate best practices into sales enablement initiatives.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining our GTM onboarding program and transition training plans for current team members.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales enablement programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in sales technologies and tools, such as CRM systems and sales automation software.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Knowledge of the Preconstruction market and competitive landscape is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
  • This position is fully remote with only occasional travel to the office for team meetings and events. Team members are expected to have an established workspace.
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States or Canada.
