This position sits within our Sales division and is the front-line point of contact for identifying, matching, and selling prospects the appropriate solutions from our software portfolio.

The Opportunity

At ConstrucConnect, our GTM Systems team is integrated within the Data & Analytics unit, enabling us to take a more holistic approach to managing critical business processes. By aligning GTM Systems with Data & Analytics, we foster seamless collaboration across departments, driving data-driven decisions and optimizing the performance of our go-to-market strategies.

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with expertise in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zuora, or Gainsight to support our GTM systems initiatives. This role is vital in ensuring the efficiency, integration, and performance of our GTM platforms, helping us stay at the forefront of innovation and growth.

As a Systems Administrator, you will contribute to the architecture, implementation, and optimization of our GTM systems infrastructure, empowering our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You’ll collaborate with a team of administrators and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable, efficient solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Assist with the configuration and administration of GTM systems ensuring seamless integration with other internal and external systems.
  • Support the development of custom solutions and integrations to meet specific business needs and extend system functionality.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to optimize system automation, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance user experience.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure day-to-day stability by troubleshooting issues and proactively addressing areas for improvement.
  • Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure systems can handle varying workloads.
  • Assist in training and knowledge sharing with team members to improve skills and system understanding across the organization.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay informed on updates and new developments within GTM systems and recommend improvements or new approaches where applicable.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of GTM systems development/administration experience preferred, ideally with exposure to GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zuora, or Gainsight.
  • Strong data management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

 

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
  • This position is fully remote with only occasional travel to the office for team meetings and events. Team members are expected to have an established workspace.
  • Ability to work remotely in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.
