The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for leading the recruitment process for internal customers. Including sourcing, attracting talent, and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers This individual will drive the talent process through participation in strategic planning, collaboration, negotiation, and influential communication. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be a subject-matter expert and advise hiring managers on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, as they will closely collaborate with People and Culture and other business leaders to ensure recruitment demands are met across multiple teams and locations.
