Overview

This position sits within our Training & Presales division, which is responsible for external client training, advanced sales/product demonstrations, internal product training, and ongoing support/partnerships with internal stakeholders.

 

The Opportunity 

 

The Temporary Onboarding Coordinator will serve as an integral part of the Training & PreSales team, specifically focused on supporting Onboarding Specialists and onboarding tasks. The Onboarding Coordinator will assist with conducting Welcome Calls, sending Welcome Emails when needed, follow-up with customers to schedule or unschedule training and assisting with customer product activation. This position requires knowledge of onboarding for Data and Takeoff products, as well as excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing  

  • Provide administrative support to ensure customers are engaged / welcomed to ConstructConnect timely.  
  • Educating the customer and working with Onboarding Specialists to optimize product setup, training, and resources.  
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the onboarding workflow for Data and Takeoff customers. 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company systems and processes.   
  • Collaborate with Onboarding Specialist to improve the customer experience, based on customer feedback. 
  • Ability to take on onboardings tasks as directed by the business. 
  • Assist with case queue that onboarding cases are responded to within a reasonable window of time. 
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team  

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate Degree & 1 year of B2B experience OR 1 year of successful experience in a ConstructConnet role.  
  • General proficiency in the use of most common business software, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365, Zoom, Outlook, etc.  
  • Perpetually exhibits the ConstructConnect values. 
  • Provide superb customer service to each client. 
  • Good prioritization and time management skills. 

Physical Demands and Work Environment 

 

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.  
  • This position is located in Cincinnati, OH, with a hybrid/remote work schedule
  • This a 90-day temporary assignment
