Overview

This position sits within our Accounting and Finance division which facilitates day-to-day cash flows of the company, analyzes assets and liabilities, and aids planning for future growth.

 

The Opportunity 

 

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide skilled accounting and clerical services that help our Company achieve its goals.  This person will generate invoices in the quote to cash business process for newly executed and renewal contracts, managing payment methods and ensuring accurate and timely customer access to our products.  They will process renewal write off and default cancellations and other transactional duties as assigned. Our team member will assist in the resolution of issues received from the sales department and other internal customers.   

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing 

 

  • Generate Renewal Invoices 
  • Process 45, 60 and 90 day write offs and non-renewal cancellations 
  • Set up contracts and generates invoices (annual, quarterly, custom) in a manner ensuring compliance with US GAAP 
  • Ensure access dates for customers are correct and that customer has timely access to the ConstructConnect site 
  • Resolve issues with sales team and other internal customers 
  • Learn and utilize SaaS systems Salesforce and Zuora 
  • Document interactions/communications with sales and retention. 
  • Problem Solving  
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team 
 

  • Minimum high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant accounting experience 
  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance helpful but not required 
  • Previous Accounting Experience preferred 
  • Zuora Accounting Software Experience Desired 
  • Detailed oriented and can effectively use time management skills to complete tasks 
  • Ability to manipulate and interpret data 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once 

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment: 

 

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.  
  • This position is hybrid in Cincinnati, OH. Team members are expected to have an established workspace.
