Overview

The Opportunity

The Associate GTM Systems Analyst is responsible for managing the incoming internal stakeholder requests for the greater GTM Systems Team and working within operational data in Salesforce. You will communicate on Jira tickets, assign projects to the correct team or backlog, build reports and dashboards in Salesforce, and handle user changes in any of the GTM Systems. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in project management, data analysis, process improvement, and SaaS business operations in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the GTM System Jira Dashboard
  • Coordinate and manage incoming internal requests, sorting and assigning them to relevant owners or the appropriate backlog
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with proactive communication
  • Assist in managing workflows with a focus on creating sustainable and scalable processes
  • Maintain technical and data dictionary documentation
  • Prepare and deliver Salesforce reports and dashboards as requested
  • Ensure system security and preserve a Zero Trust permissions model
  • Learning Salesforce and its connected applications, studying the data models and related automation

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team

  • An Associate's degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience are required. Candidates with a related Bachelor's degree and/or additional years of relevant experience may be considered for the role.
  • Advanced Excel experience is critical for performing key job functions
  • Strong data management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrates a collaborative approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
  • This position is hybrid in Cincinnati with occasional travel to the office for team meetings and events. Team members are expected to have an established workspace.
