Overview

 

This administrative position supports the Training & Presales division, which is responsible for external client training, advanced sales/product demonstrations, internal product education, and ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders. While this role does not deliver training, it plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations and coordination across the team.

 

The Opportunity
The Operations Specialist serves as a key support role within the Training & Presales team, helping to coordinate the day-to-day logistics that keep the Training Team running smoothly. While this position does not deliver training directly, it plays an important role in supporting both client-facing and internal training programs. By managing scheduling, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with team operations, the Operations Specialist contributes to positive experience for clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Schedule virtual customer training
  • Maintain the Training Team calendar as it relates to client training sessions
  • Organize registration and support for live classroom training and the management of catering orders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Training Team, where “delight the customer” refers to an internal service approach.
  • Work closely with Leadership to ensure efficient operational support of the Training Team

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team

  • 1-3 years in a customer service, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with team scheduling systems and company CRM tools is a plus
  • Comfort using basic business tools like   Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, , Zoom, Splashtop,  etc.
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude with the ability to work effectively and respectfully with colleagues across departments, all levels of internal staff, and external clients or vendors
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

 

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
  • This position is a hybrid position and team members are expected to have a dedicated and established remote workspace.  
  • Ability to work hybrid in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, Atlanta, Georgia or Houston, Texas Area
