Overview

This position is within the Product Management division, which is accountable for the success of our software solutions by working cross-functionally with teams that develop, market, sell and support them.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our products. You'll translate business needs and user pain points into designs which drive measurable outcomes aligned with company OKRs. You'll be a key member of cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, other designers, and user researchers through the design process, ensuring seamless implementation of features across platforms and fostering alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level requirements into actionable designs that address user needs while driving measurable outcomes aligned with company OKRs.
  • Take ownership of the entire user journey and oversee all aspects of design execution, from concept creation to prototyping, user testing, and final production.
  • Be a key member of cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, other designers, user researchers) responsible for the full design and development process, from concept to execution.
  • Illustrate and present creative, logical design solutions that enhance customer experience
  • Communicate design rationale to stakeholders (including executive leadership).
  • Identify success metrics to ensure design solutions continue to deliver customer value
  • Uncover opportunities to improve the experience
  • Demonstrate ability to measure the impact of your work and its impact on the business
  • Actively participate in user research.
  • Continuously challenge design effectiveness, monitor behavioral analytics, and suggest improvements to optimize user experiences.
  • Foster a culture of constructive feedback and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of enterprise product design experience.
  • Deep understanding of product goals and objectives.
  • A knack for turning ambiguous ideas into actionable concepts and delivering tangible results.
  • A bias toward action, demonstrating initiative and decisiveness.
  • Understanding of when to use the design process and when to shortcut it.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the reasoning behind design decisions.
  • Proficient in Figma, Miro, and other design and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business.
  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
  • This position is a hybrid position and team members are expected to have a dedicated and established remote workspace.  
  • Ability to work hybrid in the Atlanta, Georgia Area
