Overview

This position is within the Product Management division, which is accountable for the success of our software solutions by working cross-functionally with teams that develop, market, sell and support them. 

The Opportunity

As a Product Designer, you will translate business requirements and user research findings into elegant design solutions for complex product problems. You'll be involved in all aspects of design execution from concept to final production. Collaboration is key, as you'll work with engineers, product managers, user researchers and other designers to deliver designs driving business value.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be involved in all aspects of design execution, from concept creation to prototyping, user testing, and final production.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of user-centered design activities.
  • Understand business priorities together with user needs to create impactful experiences.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team (engineers, product managers, user researchers, other designers) to help implement the product roadmap.
  • Design engaging and intuitive user experiences using an iterative, lean UX approach of continuous improvement.
  • Create big-picture workflows as well as execute detailed visual & interaction design.
  • Visually communicate your work for influence and impact.
  • Actively participate in user research.
  • Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve upon existing solutions.
  • Contribute new directions and design patterns to the company’s design system.
  • Foster a culture of constructive feedback and collaboration

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team  

  • Less than 5 years of enterprise product design experience.
  • Strong skillset in visual and interaction design.
  • Proficient in Figma, Miro, and other design and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Natural curiosity to explore how to make products better for users.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
  • This position is a hybrid position and team members are expected to have a dedicated and established remote workspace. 
  • Ability to work hybrid in the Atlanta, Georgia Area
