This position sits within our Product Development division, which develops, tests, and improves our software solutions in an innovative and collaborative environment.  

The Opportunity

The GTM Systems Administrator II is responsible for organizing, building, understanding and advising on GTM Systems at ConstructConnect. This position is responsible for focused development of solutions within the GTM Systems tech stack that directly support the GTM Team’s workflow, specifically within HubSpot, ZoomInfo and other top-of-funnel applications. 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing extensive process documentation for HubSpot workflows
  • Grow and foster stakeholder relationships within Marketing and as needed to achieve outcomes
  • Support integrations across the GTM tech stack as a generalist, be the SME of your specializations
  • Own the lead routing management from HubSpot to Salesforce Monitor system performance, sync health, data integrity and user activity to make recommendations and deploy continuous improvements
  • Assist cross-functional teams and internal resources to define process requirements and change requests related to the sales and retention processes
  • Oversees data integrity within GTM Systems by deploying and maintaining sustainable system architecture and data modeling
  • Closely follows advancements in AI and system capabilities to advance our team’s capabilities

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team

  • Minimum 4+ years of GTM systems development/administration with Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience supporting a team of sales and customer retention professionals in a fast-paced, short and long sales cycle, high-growth environment
  • Strong data management and documentation skills
  • Proven experience optimizing processes, mentoring peers, applying the latest technology advancements
  • Excellent communication skills internally to the team, and at all levels of an organization
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable

Physical Demands and Work Environment 

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
  • Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace.
  • Team members who live within commuting distance of one of our office locations (Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky or Atlanta, Georgia) are expected to work in a hybrid capacity, with regular in-office presence as determined by the team or department.
  • Team members who live outside of commuting distance will be designated as remote team members. While not required to report to an office regularly, remote team members may be expected to travel to a designated office location occasionally for team meetings, training, or other business needs with reasonable notice.
  • All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.
