Overview

The Opportunity 

The Product Operations Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone of our product research organization, ensuring smooth processes and clear communication all product initiatives. They will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage voice of customer (VOC) programs, and drive operational excellence to support product team effectiveness and customer-centric decision making. 

Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Be Doing  

  • Schedule and coordinate voice of customer (VOC) research sessions across all product segments 
  • Track and maintain historical VOC participation records and engagement metrics 
  • Curate and maintain product research documentation including process documentation, packaged research and recurring artifacts. 
  • Oversee the usage of research repositories and enforce best practices on data structure, tagging and utilization by various groups across the organization. 
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive backlog of VOC participants across customer segments 
  • Ensure timely delivery of participation compensation when applicable, including gift cards, incentives, and other rewards 
  • Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning for product research initiatives 
  • Support budget tracking and vendor management for product-related expenses 
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in product workflows related to research and recommend solutions

Qualifications

 

What You Bring to the Team   
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred 
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or product support roles 
  • Experience coordinating research activities and managing participant databases 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus 
  • Familiarity with product management frameworks (OKRs, Jobs-to-be-Done, etc.) 
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical concepts 
  • Experience in technology companies or product-focused organizations preferred 
  • Ability to analyze detail close up 

 
Physical Demands and Work Environment  

 

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes. 
  • Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace. 
  • Team members who live within commuting distance of one of our office locations (Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky or Atlanta, Georgia) are expected to work in a hybrid capacity on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week, with regular in-office presence as determined by the team or department. 
  • All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.
