Overview

This position is hybrid in Cincinnati, Ohio and sits within our People and Culture (P&C) division which is responsible for developing, planning, and coordinating human resources. 

The P&C Data & Operations Associate provides critical support in maintaining data integrity, assisting with business intelligence reporting, and supporting operational processes across the People & Culture team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytically-minded professional to grow their skills in HR data analysis and systems management while working closely with Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, Learning & Development, and other P&C functions. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about using data to support HR decision-making.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Data Support & Analytics:

  • Assist with maintaining data integrity and performing routine maintenance in HRIS systems under guidance from Manager, P&C Operations
  • Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business intelligence reports, including data collection, basic analysis, and formatting
  • Respond to routine data requests and assist with more complex reporting needs for the P&C team and business leaders
  • Create accurate reports using Excel, Power BI and other analytical tools
  • Assist with data compilation for compensation surveys, engagement surveys, and other key HR initiatives

Systems Support & Administration:

  • Provide systems and process support to Talent Acquisition team, including routine iCIMS maintenance and data updates
  • Support HRIS and HR system-related matters, serving as backup contact for routine vendor communications
  • Research basic system issues and escalate complex problems to Manager, P&C Operations
  • Assist with testing and documentation during HRIS upgrades and system enhancements

Operational Support:

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (iCIMS) data accuracy and support backend processes for open position workflows
  • Serve as backup support for Talent Acquisition processes, including assisting with offer
  • Assist with onboarding processes for newly hired team members, including updating HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
  • Process routine job changes and employee updates in HR systems with focus on data integrity
  • Support maintenance of electronic employee files and compliance documentation
  • Provide backup support for core P&C processes

Administrative & Project Support:

  • Assist with coordination and tracking of various team and company initiatives
  • Support project activities for HRIS implementations and other technology-related projects under supervision
  • Collaborate with P&C team members on process documentation and improvement initiatives
  • Maintain reporting documentation and assist with process standardization

Qualifications

What you Bring to the Team

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, data analysis, operations, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • Basic understanding of HR processes or willingness to learn quickly, with interest in learning HRIS systems and data management
  • Exposure to Power BI, applicant tracking systems, or other HR/business intelligence tools preferred
  • Exposure to or interest in AI technology and development would be considered an asset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across all organizational levels
  • Proactive self-starter who is adaptable to changing priorities and can manage multiple tasks, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and analytical methods, and comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance when needed

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
  • Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace.
  • Team members who live within commuting distance of one of our office locations (Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky or Atlanta, Georgia) are expected to work in a hybrid capacity, with regular in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  • All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.
