The Opportunity

ConstructConnect's Digital Marketing team is seeking a Marketing HubSpot Administrator to lead our marketing operations and technology strategy. This role is critical to our marketing success, combining deep HubSpot expertise with strategic thinking to create a world-class marketing technology ecosystem that drives growth and efficiency. As our Marketing HubSpot Administrator, you'll be the technical backbone of our marketing operations. You'll own our HubSpot instance end-to-end, ensure flawless integration with our broader tech stack, and empower our marketing team to execute campaigns with precision and scale. Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

HubSpot Platform Ownership

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, managing all technical aspects, configurations, and customizations
  • Design and implement sophisticated marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and behavioral triggers
  • Optimize HubSpot CMS for our web development team, ensuring SEO best practices and performance optimization
  • Manage HubSpot user permissions, training, and adoption across the marketing organization

Integration & Data Management

  • Own and optimize the critical HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration, ensuring reliable data synchronization and lead handoff
  • Manage ZoomInfo integration to enrich lead data and improve targeting capabilities
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication processes, and data governance policies
  • Create unified reporting across systems to provide actionable insights for marketing and sales leadership

Marketing Technology Strategy

  • Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance team capabilities and campaign performance
  • Partner with IT and GTM Systems teams to ensure security, compliance, and technical best practices
  • Lead marketing technology vendor relationships and contract negotiations
  • Develop and maintain a marketing technology roadmap aligned with business objectives

Analytics & Optimization

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards that track KPIs, attribution, and ROI across channels
  • Conduct regular performance analyses to identify optimization opportunities
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for continuous improvement of marketing assets
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

Qualifications 

Experience & Expertise

  • 4+ years of marketing operations experience with significant HubSpot administration responsibilities
  • Proven success managing complex HubSpot implementations in B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Deep understanding of the HubSpot-Salesforce ecosystem and integration best practices
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar intent data and sales intelligence platforms
  • Track record of improving marketing operations efficiency through process and technology optimization

Technical Proficiencies

  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with API integrations and webhook configurations
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS is a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment (must be included in all JDs) 

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
  • Team members who live within commuting distance to our Atlanta office are expected to work in a hybrid capacity, with in-office presence on Tuesdays/Wednesdays.
  • All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.
