Overview

This position is hybrid in Cincinnati, Ohio and sits within our Customer Success division which is responsible for supporting our customers at every interaction through technical support and training to create consistent high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity

This position is responsible for administrative duties associated with contract processing via SalesForce.com (SFDC). Daily communication and coordination with the various sales teams is required to ensure all contracts are completed timely and accurately. The Customer Operations Specialist will perform customer service by supporting the various departments. The position is also responsible for administrative duties including but not limited to first hand support to the Sr. Director, Sales Ops & Customer Relations.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Audit all contracts for compliance
  • Provision product access within SLA
  • Monitors Customer Operations mailbox
  • Liaises between Sales/Customer Operations
  • Assists sales reps with general SFDC questions and issues
  • Process SFDC Cases
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned by the Sr. Director of Customer Operation

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A minimum of 2 years in a support role within a high volume fast paced inbound / outbound sales environment OR six (6) months of successful experience in a ConstructConnect Customer 4 Life role OR twelve (12) months of successful experience in a ConstructConnect role.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
  • Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace.
  • Team members who live within commuting distance of one of our office locations (Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky or Atlanta, Georgia) are expected to work in a hybrid capacity, with regular in-office presence as determined by the team or department.
  • All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.
